1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and hscbet ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the hscbet website located at https://hscbet.click and all associated services, features, content, and functionality made available through the platform.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. 3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on hscbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and must remain21 or older throughout your use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person (individual), not a corporate entity, trust, or any form of non-individual legal structure.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, agent, or close family member of an employee of hscbet or any of its associated companies or licensees.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from hscbet or have had an account closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your country of residence.

hscbet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where satisfactory age verification cannot be provided. Winings acrued on accounts belonging to underage users will be forfeited in their entirety, and any deposits will be returned to the source payment method.

4 Registration & KYC Verification

Each individual is permitted to hold onlyone (1) registered account on the hscbet platform. The creation of multiple accounts by single person — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and cancellation of any pending bets.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

4.2 KYC Documentation

Prior to processing any withdrawal, hscbet requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You will be required to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of current residential address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent).
• Where applicable, documentation verifying the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your e-wallet account showing your registered name).

hscbet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may result in account suspension and witholding of withdrawal requests.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, nor permit any other person to access the platform through your account. hscbet accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. hscbet does not accept deposits made by or on behalf of third parties. Accepted deposit methods include Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. Processing times vary by method — e-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically instant; FPX and bank transfers may take 5 to 15 minutes.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion. hscbet aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for DuitNow and Touch 'n Go eWallet. Standard bank transfers may take longer depending on the recipient bank's processing schedule. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your hscbet account.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

hscbet is committed to the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable legislation. Players must not use the hscbet platform as a mechanism for currency exchange or funds transfers unrelated to genuine gambling activity.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the hscbet platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport or game type, as published on the platform. The following general rules apply across all betting markets:

• Bets are binding once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to verify the selection, odds, and stake before confirming any wager.
• hscbet reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced at the time of placement, unless in-play betting has been explicitly offered.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds (including but not limited to odds that are clearly incorrect due to technical malfunction or human input error), hscbet reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement where applicable.
• hscbet may limit or refuse any bet, at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• All sports betting results are determined by the official result of the relevant governing body for that sport (e.g., EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, etc.).

7 Bonuses & Promotions

hscbet offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other time-limited promotions. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out below, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

• One bonus per household / IP address: Welcome bonuses and sign-up offers are limited to one claim per player, per household, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated on each promotion page.
• Game contribution: Slot games typically contribute 100% toward meeting wagering requirements. Table games, live dealer games, and certain other categories may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10–20%). Always verify the contribution rate for the specific games you intend to play.
• Maximum bet during active bonus: While bonus funds are active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per event is RM250, unless otherwise specified. Bets placed in excess of this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry window, typically 7 to 30 days from activation. Uncleared bonuses will be removed from the account upon expiry.
• Abuse and fraud: hscbet reserves the right to cancel and forfeit any bonus, and to suspend or close any account, where evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, collusion, or any other form of fraudulent activity is identified.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hscbet platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit bonus offers or promotional terms in bad faith.
• Coluding with other players, sharing accounts, or participating in any form of syndicated betting arrangement intended to manipulate outcomes or exploit the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account, or interfering with the platform's systems, security, or technical infrastructure.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including cycling funds through the platform without genuine wagering intent.
• Creating accounts or placing bets on behalf of third parties, including minors.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the hscbet platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, graphics, text, software, game content, odds data, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of hscbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the platform without the prior written consent of hscbet. Unauthorised use of hscbet's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hscbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

hscbet does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.

In no event shall hscbet's aggregate liability to any user exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Responsible Gambling

hscbet is firmly committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for a small proportion of users, and we take our responsibility to those players seriously.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account dashboard.

12 Termination & Account Closure

You may close your hscbet account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any outstanding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

hscbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withold or void the balance therein, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Evidence of engagement in prohibited conduct as set out in Section 8.
• Receipt of a regulatory or law enforcement directive requiring account closure or fund freezing.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, hscbet shall not be obligated to provide advance notice. Notification will be provided as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of hscbet's operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to hscbet's internal complaints procedure by contacting our support team at [email protected].

hscbet will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to reach a resolution within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, you may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body indicated in your jurisdiction's licensing framework.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent hscbet from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

14 Amendments to These Terms

hscbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to notify active users via email or a notice posted on the platform at least 7 days before the change takes effect, unless an immediate change is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the hscbet platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
